Adding a language accessory pack to Microsoft Office is simple if you follow a few basic steps. These steps work for both Language Accessory Packs for Office 2013 and Office 2010. The only difference is in choosing which version of Office you have.

.This video is going to change the language interface in microsoft office standard 2013 ( it also for Office 2016 ) by installing the language packs download from the Microsoft Office Website. Microsoft Office Language Pack 2013 - English is a software program developed by Microsoft. The most common release is 15.0.4569.1506, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. Office 2013 Language Interface Packs ('LIP' or 'Language Accessory Packs'), are offered from Microsoft in order to change the display language of the Office's 2013 applications menus (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to another language of your choice. Additionally by installing a different language pack, you can use the spell and grammar checker on that language.

Notes:1. Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't offer the LIPs for all languages for FREE. In the below links you will find only the free language Packs for Office 2013. If you cannot find the download link for a language of your choice then you have to purchase (buy) that language pack directly from Microsoft.

1. Go to My Office Account and sign in with the Microsoft Account you used to purchase Office 2013.2. Select Install from a disc.3. Select I have a disc, and then select View your product key.4. Then navigate to and type your product key.5. Finally choose the language you want to download and install Office 2013 in that language (First uninstall any other version of Office).

The following links point to the official download server officecdn.microsoft.com. Instead of ISO they come as IMG images. These files are pure backup media, and can't be installed without a retail product key.

Wasted 2 days with level 2 technicians at Microsoft Office Research Team who tried to find out why my PPT 2013 Spanish spell checker kept rerouting to English dictionary instead of the Spanish editing language selected. I made all the language choices and they even me install the entire Spanish language pack and make everything in Spanish on my computer and the spell check still defaulted to English. Then after the 2 days they informed me that Microsoft only has a working Spell checker in Spanish in Word and Outlook. Anyone know of a fix? What can I do short of waiting for to figure it out. I have a Surface Pro, Windows 8 and need this functionality in PowerPoint 2013. Thanks, Bess

Proofing Tool is in the middle column and, most likely, the choice for most people. Click the download button, if available, to download the free Office 2013 spell-checker (at least) and possibly also thesaurus, grammar and hyphenation rules too,

There is a difference between an Office language interface pack and an Office language pack. Office language packs that supported versions before and including Office 2013 are not free. Office interface language packs for office 2003 to Office 2013 were free. Microsoft stop selling Office 2003 and Office 2007 language packs in July 2011

Language interface packs (LIPs) change the language for the ribbon and commands for some Office applications, and include a spell checker for their language. LIPs are available only for the languages listed in the Links to free LIP downloads section.

I should point out that Microsoft no longer sells Office 2010 language packs either. The information I quoted is reference to Office 2003 and Office 2007. This means the only language packs sold by Microsoft are for Office 2013.

Cliff, Not sure from you reply if you read my May 31, 2018 at 12:50 pm post. The downloadable Microsoft Office Removal Tool worked for me when all else failed. It completely removes all previous versions of office (Office 2007, Office 2013, Office 2016, Office 2019, and Office 365). It does a cleaner un-install than by simply using the un-installation utility. _officeuninstall .
