In 2018 I started a diet because I was uncomfortable in my body and I wanted do go into sophomore year looking snatched and skinny. I lost over forty pounds in a very healthy way and I was eating three meals a day and drinking water and working out. On my birthday I had a cheat meal and I ate so much that I felt physically ill but I went on with my diet the next day. I would go to the lake to walk and I constantly wanted to go on walks so I decided to walk around my room everyday from 4:00-9:00 pm after I got home from school. Then I would think that I could eat whatever I wanted. Every morning I would wake up at 6 am to drink four 24 ounce glasses of water so I could pee throughout the day and not have to drink water the rest of the day. This went on for about 5 months until I stopped drinking water daily and I gained 30 pounds.
