Hi, no one is probably gonna see this, but lately ive noticed myself slipping into terrible eating habits. For example, anyone offering food to me is autoomatically gonan get a no as a resposne. And I feel guilty after having dessert or fully finihsing a meal. Im sorry to anyone with an eating disorder becasue im not diagnosed but i can rly feel myself slipping into one. I dont wanna tell family because tellign strangers or friends is hoenslty much easier for me for some reasosn. someone please help. im so scared.
