See, I feel like a burden every single day.
I have high anxiety and stress levels and i find that ranting and venting helps.
So if anyone has advice for someone like me, who has trouble reaching out for help, even if they really do need it, plz let me know!
hey, i know exactly how you feel, feeling like a burden when you want to reach out for help is one of the worst things because you want help but feel bad for even trying to talk to someone but i promise you aren’t a burden, no one is especially when they’re just trying to find a way to talk about their problems and find help so they can start feeling better or healing. there are many ways to reach out but you can start off little by little if that makes you more comfortable, if you have anyone you’re really close to or don’t mind talking to then that’s a start. talking to support groups or even reaching out to some online ones are really helpful especially since ranting and talking about your feelings can help you get some weight off your shoulders. some even use crisis hotlines/chats to talk about it their issues such as the trevorproject who has available phone, chat and text services so you can have someone to talk to and reach out to for help and you can also remain anonymous or use a fake name if that makes you more comfortable.
