So I have pretty bad anxiety. I get panic attacks when I think about puking it when I’m trying to sleep. At school, my friend Paloma helps me but because of quarantine, I obviously can’t do that. So I talked to my parents about it and I want a therapist. I told my dad but it was pretty late so I don’t know if he remembers but I don’t want to say it again...
