ive been pretending to improve but i cant lie anymore. its so hard to even function normally these days and i feel that something is seriously wrong. im anxious about telling my therapist because i dont want her to tell my parents. i dont want to be a disappointment or a burden to them.

Hey beautiful human, if you feel like telling your therapist would help then definitely do so, I am sure your parents would support and be happy that You still have the mindset to keep going and fighting. And secondly regardless of what your parents or others Might think you should still definitely get help and do what you feel is best for you because at the end of the day this is your life not theirs and your the one who has to deal with all the feelings and thoughts that go on in your head. so please continue fighting and Remember it’s okay to put yourself and your mental health first because you deserve to be happy and much more 💛
