Ever since corona, i’ve been feeling really down. i try to wake up early but i also end up sleeping until noon and i beat myself up because of it. i literally have to force myself to exercise. the only reason. why i do exercise is bc i feel like i’ll get fat if i don’t. i try my best to eat small portions of food cuz i boost rly easily and it makes me feel gross. when i don’t exercise i just sit on the couch all day. i keep having nightmares but i never remember them when i wake up, i just remember that i’m terrified every time a wake up. i honestly don’t know how to feel better.
