Hey lovie!!! I’m so sorry that happened to you, it must be awful and traumatising. Although it may be very difficult try your best to ignore all of the negativity. I’d stay close to my friends if I were you. Or even if you don’t have any, just try to stay in a comfortable mind set and go along your day. Don’t let the snarky comments get to you. It may not seem like it now but Everyone will have forgotten about it soon enough, and find another thing to talk about about a different person. (sadly ): ) If it gets to a repetitive point id tell a teacher you trust or even just find the slightest safe with about it. If it’s damaging to your mental health and becomes life altering then I’d look at transferring schools if it helps (,: Talking to your parents about it helps a lot too. As for periods CONGRATS ON ENTERING LADY HOOD. it’s natural and should be talked about more. My advice is to go grocery shopping with your dad or mum next time and slide whatever it is your getting whether it’s tampons or pads etc; into the cart and you don’t have to talk about it or anything, he/she should understand. I dont talk to my mom about it too much, I only go to her when I need pads or tampons. For me I just straight out said I got my period and she was much more understanding than I thought she’d be. It may be scary or nerve wrecking to share but I promise you it’s the buildup towards it that makes it seem bad, once you say it, it turns out to be nothing scary at all. it’ll start to become a normal thing. Hope anything i said helped you even in the slightest. I’m in year 11 btw 🙃
