hey, i know i might not be much of help but you should see if you can get a therapist or download an app called "i am sober" it helps you keep track of your streaks of how many times u didnt do it if that makes sense. i went through the same thing and used the app and every time i got notifications from when i reached my milestones it made me so happy. or if you ever have a urge to do it try to take ur mind off of it by playing games or reading stories or watching youtube or anything that u think will help. please take care of urself. <3
