Hey! Ive been struggling with my body for a while now but Im getting better! I just recommend setting a schedule so like for example, at 10 am everyday I work out. I really like Bailey Browns 5 minute workouts cause they are short and effective! Maybe do like 1-4 of her workouts per day! 3 workouts is just 15 minutes! I dont think you need a diet but what I did that helped was dont eat any snacks past 10pm cause I did that a lot and it really added up! Please dont workout too much or starve yourself cause I promise its not gonna work! It takes some time so dont worry! Reach out if you need anything.
