Last summer, I started dating this guy who is so down-to-earth amazing. We started out as friends and we didn't have encounter any relationship problems at the time. One night, I was hanging out with my friend and she had some dick appointment, so I decided to leave her house and just hang out by the pool by myself and call my boyfriend. So my friend, her hookup, and I were all hanging in her room and I was about to leave to let them do whatever until this guys goes, "Where are you going? Stay with us a bit." He then asked if I wanted to smoke with them, at the time, I didn't particularly want to. He kept insisting though until I felt pressured to do so. I'm also pretty reserved and I have a lot of people tell me to not let others take advantage of me instead of being so nice and complying all the time. Anyways, I didn't question what he gave me, but after the second puff I was out. I don't like to talk about what happened after, but all I'm saying is I wish I had walked out of the room instead of giving into some stupid guy pressuring me. Along with that, my boyfriend would keep asking me what happened that night and I would keep blowing him off because I really didn't like talking about it. I didn't know how just one night would traumatize me like so. So I just want to tell all the girls out there- say no! Don't let anyone take advantage of you and keep your ground!

I remember when you first told me about this exactly a year ago and I'm so glad to see your change in takeaways & overall perspective regarding this experience over the course of time. You're my most giving and supportive friend and you did not deserve this. Annie and I stand with you <3
